Yesterday was the opening of the 45th Annual Adirondack National Exhibition of American Watercolors! The View Arts Center hosted a lovely opening brunch, judges’ talk and awards ceremony, where my painting, Nostalgia, was awarded The Lorraine Rosenau Alexander Memorial Award for Color and Pattern. Many thanks again to The View Arts Center, the Alexander family, and judges Timothy Fortune and Sarah Yeoman for this honor. The show runs through September 27th at The View Arts Center in Old Forge, NY. Gallery hours are Monday through Saturday, 10 am – 4 pm.
